Express Birth Package
This is my express birth support package.
Free 30 minute consultation
1 hour meet for a coffee/tea and catch up
1 X 2 hour antenatal visit - This will include a birth planning, birth physiology and stages of labour
On call for the 4 weeks surrounding birth
(2 weeks before your due date and 2 weeks after)
Continuous support during active labour, baby's birth and I will stay for up to 3 hours after the birth
1 X 2 hour postnatal visit - to be used within 4 weeks of baby's birth

Lite Birth Package
This is my lite antenatal and birth support package.
Free 30 minute consultation
1 hour meet for a coffee/tea and catch up
2 X 2 hour antenatal visits - This will include a birth planning and choices session, birth physiology, stages of labour, newborn care, feeding and postnatal choices
Access to lending library
Use of birth ball
24/7 email and text support
9am - 6pm phone support
On call for the 4 weeks surrounding birth
(2 weeks before your due date and 2 weeks after)
Continuous support during active labour, baby's birth and I will stay for up to 4 hours after the birth
2 X 2 hour postnatal visits - to be used within 4 weeks of baby's birth

*24/7 email text and phone support will end within 5 days after babies arrival
Full Birth Package
This is my fully comprehensive antenatal and birth support package.
Free 30 minute consultation
1 hour meet for a coffee/tea and catch up
3 X 2 hour antenatal visits - This will include a birth planning and choices session, birth physiology, stages of labour, relaxation and breathing techniques, birth positions, newborn care, feeding and postnatal choices
Access to lending library
Use of birth ball and tens machine
24/7 email, text and phone support
On call for the 4 weeks surrounding birth
(2 weeks before your due date and 2 weeks after)
Continuous support during active labour, baby's birth and I will stay for up to 4 hours after the birth
3 X 2 hour postnatal visits - to be used within 6 weeks of baby's birth
