Yoga and Relaxation

With my pregnancy yoga classes, I aim to help birthing parents own their births by tuning into their bodies, connecting with their babies and finding their inner strength and wisdom.  It's a beautiful way to prepare the body and the mind for birth and life as a new parent.

My classes offer a mixture of physical movement, breathwork and meditation.  Pregnancy yoga is an excellent way to support and nurture your ever changing body, alleviating niggles that arise as pregnancy progresses.

Each session features a specially designed flow of postures and movements, breathing exercises and relaxation techniques.  

My classes are suitable from 14 weeks onwards and you can continue right up until birth if you feel comfortable.
